By booking an appointment with SandyNailIt, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Appointments
All appointments must be booked in advance. Please ensure you arrive on time to receive your full service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in loss of your deposit.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure certain bookings. Deposits may be transferred if sufficient notice is given.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will lose their deposit. Repeat no-shows may be required to pay in full before booking again.
Health & Safety
Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or infections prior to treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition may affect safety.
Service Guarantee
While we aim to provide high-quality services, results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Refunds & Corrections
We do not offer refunds on completed services. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours for a possible correction.
Personal Belongings
SandyNailIt is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items during your visit.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is rude, inappropriate, or poses a risk to staff or other clients.
