Refund Policy

Appointments & Cancellations


Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations may result in loss of your deposit, as it can be difficult to fill your slot at short notice.

Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 10–15 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled.

Deposits
A small, non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your final payment. Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment if sufficient notice is given.

No-Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in loss of your deposit. Repeat no-shows may be required to pay in full at the time of booking.

Refunds & Corrections

We do not offer refunds on completed services. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will gladly offer a correction where appropriate.
